Nhớ Saigòn Vietnamese Cuisine was founded in 2007 at 2111 33 Ave SW (Marda Loop). We are honored and proud to serve our local community.
The word "Nhớ" means "remember," while Saigòn represents the city where our founder was born and raised. It is a place deeply connected to family, heritage, and homeland-where parents, siblings, relatives, and cultural roots remain to this day. Our journey and success are the result of dedication, unity, and heartfelt commitment. Every member of the Nho Saigon team, together with our founder and owner, Tracy - Trang Dang, has made continuous sacrifices, worked in harmony, and devoted their passion and care to everything we do. This shared spirit allows us to grow, evolve, and proudly bring authentic Vietnamese cuisine to our guests.
We carefully select every ingredient we use-from meats and rice noodles to fresh vegetables and spices-sourcing only from long-established suppliers known for their reliability and quality. Most importantly, all beverages served to our guests are prepared using a high-standard water filtration system imported from Japan, ensuring purity, safety, and the highest level of quality.
Our signature broth is simmered for 10 hours, then combined with spices roasted for an additional 3 hours, creating a depth of flavor that defines Nho Saigon. All other dishes are thoughtfully prepared two hours before opening each morning, ensuring every meal served is fresh and of the highest quality. Nho Saigon PEANUTS SATE is our signature dish, requiring meticulous preparation to achieve perfection. We roast the peanuts ourselves and blend them with 12 different spices to create its unique flavor.
